When I can’t find the answers to my many unsolved problems, I will remember the trust of Our Blessed Mother. Her uncertainty, anxieties and dark clouds turned into Salvation for the world just because she trusted and said Yes. In peace ,serenity and pondering she waited and endured. Just for today I will ponder in peace and share that peace with all who I meet today.
I will recognise my shortcomings and realise that I’m responsible for making someone’s day miserable. Just for today I will be conscious of being more tolerant and overlook my feelings in order to make a difference in the lives of others and make this day and those around me feel light and bright. Just for today I will smile, even if I don’t feel like smiling.
I would like to share something I read which reminded me of how important it is for us to nurture the inner temple of our souls. “May Christ through your faith dwell in your hearts.” Ephesians 3:17 At home in Your Hearts: Jesus dwells inside of us. Your inner life-your attitude, thoughts, and emotions-is holy ground where the spirit of God wants to make His home. This inner life is of more serious interest to God than your outer life……
Through prayer, my editor Megan Wilson has now translated my book into Spanish and very soon it will be available. We do the praying and God prepares the way. Just two days before getting an email from my editor that she was moved to make the translation in Spanish, I was asked by a Spanish group if I would consider having my book printed in Spanish. I have recently returned from my yearly pilgrimage and each year as I take the time to come aside and be with Jesus in a more personal way I experience a deeper union with Him. It’s so important for us to find that time where we can block out the noises of the world and recognise the voice of Gods spirit speaking and guiding us to our next journey.
